حذف الحساب والبياناتDelete your account and data

الأسرع: من داخل التطبيق. افتح حسابي ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، ثم أكّد بكلمة مرورك. يُنفَّذ الحذف فورًا وتخرج من كل الأجهزة. نطلب كلمة المرور حتى لا يستطيع أحد وصل إلى هاتفك أن يمحو حسابك.

أو ابعت رسالة من نفس البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك إلى العنوان تحت، واكتب في الموضوع «حذف الحساب». طلب الحذف من بريد آخر لا يمكن تنفيذه، لأننا لا نستطيع التأكد أنه صاحب الحساب.

Fastest: inside the app. Open Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm with your password. Deletion happens immediately and signs you out everywhere. The password is asked for so that someone who picks up your unlocked phone cannot erase your account.

Or email us from the same address your account is registered with, with “Delete account” as the subject. We cannot action a request sent from a different address, because we have no way to confirm it is the account holder.

يُحذف حسابك وكل ما هو مرتبط به نهائيًا:

• اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة مرورك المشفّرة، ورقم هاتفك إن كنت أدخلته عند الدفع
• كل جلسات التدريب والمقابلات، ومدّتها ودرجاتها
• كل إجاباتك ونصوص كلامك، وتقييمات الذكاء الاصطناعي المرتبطة بها
• لغتك المفضّلة، ورصيد دقائقك وسجلّ استهلاكه
• جلسات الدخول ورموز التحديث، فتخرج من كل الأجهزة

Your account and everything attached to it is permanently removed:

• Your name, email address and password hash, plus your phone number if you entered one at checkout
• Every practice session and interview, with its duration and scores
• Every answer and transcript you produced, and the AI evaluations attached to them
• Your language preference, your minute balance and its consumption history
• Sign-in sessions and refresh tokens, so you are signed out everywhere
