Interprova خدمة رقمية للتدريب على مقابلات العمل، تقدّمها شركة برمجلي (Barmagly)، القاهرة. نبيع نوعين فقط من المنتجات، وأسعارهما معلنة على صفحة الأسعار وفي صفحة الدفع قبل أي شراء:

• باقات دقائق تُشترى مرة واحدة ولا تنتهي صلاحيتها أبدًا.
• اشتراكات لمدة محدّدة (شهر أو ثلاثة أشهر) تمنحك مخصّصًا شهريًا من الدقائق، تُدفع مرة واحدة ولا تتجدّد تلقائيًا.

كل الأسعار بالجنيه المصري وشاملة لأي ضرائب مطبّقة. ولأن الخدمة رقمية بالكامل، فلا يوجد منتج مادي يُشحن أو يُعاد: «الاسترجاع» هنا يعني إعادة المبلغ إليك، و«الاستبدال» يعني تحويل ما اشتريته إلى باقة أخرى.

Interprova is a digital interview-practice service operated by Barmagly, Cairo. We sell exactly two kinds of product, and both are priced on the pricing page and on the checkout page before you buy anything:

• Minute packs, bought once, which never expire.
• Subscriptions for a fixed period (one or three months) that give you a monthly minute allowance, paid once and never auto-renewed.

Every price is in Egyptian pounds and includes any applicable tax. Because the service is entirely digital, nothing is shipped and nothing is physically returned: a "refund" here means your money coming back, and an "exchange" means turning what you bought into a different plan.

تُضاف الدقائق أو يُفعَّل الاشتراك فور تأكيد بوابة الدفع للعملية، عادةً خلال ثوانٍ. لا شحن ولا انتظار. وتظهر كل إضافة في سجلّ رصيدك داخل التطبيق برقم العملية.

Minutes are added, or the subscription switched on, as soon as the payment gateway confirms the transaction — usually within seconds. There is no shipping and no waiting. Every credit appears in the balance ledger inside the app with its transaction reference.

عملًا بقانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم ١٨١ لسنة ٢٠١٨، يحقّ لك استرجاع كامل المبلغ خلال أربعة عشر يومًا من تاريخ الشراء، بشرط ألّا تكون قد استخدمت ما اشتريته استخدامًا جوهريًا. و«الاستخدام الجوهري» رقم محدّد لا تقدير:

• باقة دقائق: استهلاك أكثر من ١٠٪ من دقائق الباقة.
• اشتراك: استهلاك أكثر من ١٠٪ من مخصّص الدورة، أو الاستخدام المتكرّر لمزايا المشتركين.

يمكنك أن تتحقّق بنفسك قبل أن تطلب: كل دقيقة أُضيفت أو خُصمت مقيّدة في سجلّ رصيدك داخل التطبيق. وعند تنفيذ الاسترجاع تُسحب الدقائق المقابلة من رصيدك ويُلغى الاشتراك المسترَدّ.

ونردّ كامل المبلغ كذلك بصرف النظر عن المدة، إذا تعذّر علينا تقديم الميزة المدفوعة بسبب عطل من جانبنا لم نُصلحه خلال مدة معقولة.

Under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you may get a full refund within fourteen days of purchase, provided you have not made substantial use of what you bought. "Substantial use" is a fixed number, not a judgement call:

• Minute pack: more than 10% of the pack's minutes consumed.
• Subscription: more than 10% of the cycle allowance consumed, or repeated use of subscriber-only features.

You can check this yourself before you ask: every minute added or spent is recorded in your balance ledger inside the app. When a refund is issued, the matching minutes are withdrawn and the refunded subscription is cancelled.

We also refund in full, regardless of how much time has passed, if we could not deliver the paid feature because of a fault on our side that we did not fix within a reasonable period.

إن اشتريت باقة وأردت غيرها — اشتراكًا بدل باقة دقائق مثلًا، أو باقة أكبر — فيمكنك الاستبدال بالشروط نفسها التي تحكم الاسترجاع: خلال أربعة عشر يومًا، ودون استخدام جوهري.

• نسترجع لك قيمة الباقة الأولى كاملةً إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، كما في البند الثالث.
• وتشتري الباقة الجديدة بسعرها المعلن من صفحة الدفع.

بعد انتهاء الأربعة عشر يومًا لا يُتاح الاستبدال — لكن تذكّر أن دقائق الباقات لا تنتهي صلاحيتها أبدًا، فلا يضيع عليك ما اشتريته ولو اشتريت غيره.

If you bought one plan and want another — a subscription instead of a minute pack, say, or a bigger pack — you can exchange it on the same conditions as a refund: within fourteen days, without substantial use.

• We refund the first plan in full to the original payment method, as in section 3.
• You buy the new plan at its listed price on the checkout page.

After the fourteen days an exchange is no longer available — but remember that pack minutes never expire, so nothing you bought is lost if you buy something else as well.

1. راسلنا على info@interprova.com من البريد المسجّل به حسابك — فهو ما يثبت أن الحساب حسابك — مع تاريخ الشراء ورقم العملية، وهل تطلب استرجاعًا أم استبدالًا.
2. نردّ على طلبك خلال سبعة أيام عمل.
3. عند الموافقة، يُعاد المبلغ عبر بوابة الدفع إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها (البطاقة أو المحفظة) خلال أربعة عشر يوم عمل. وقد يستغرق ظهوره في حسابك مدة إضافية يحدّدها البنك أو مزوّد المحفظة.

1. Email info@interprova.com from the address your account is registered with — that is what shows the account is yours — with the purchase date, the transaction reference, and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
2. We reply within seven working days.
3. Once approved, the money is returned through the payment gateway to the same payment method (card or wallet) within fourteen working days. Your bank or wallet provider may take longer to show it.

إن خُصم منك المبلغ مرتين للطلب نفسه، أو خُصم ثم فشلت العملية ولم تُضَف دقائقك، فالمبلغ الزائد يُردّ كاملًا ودون شروط: لا يخضع لمدة الأربعة عشر يومًا ولا لحدّ الاستخدام، لأنه ليس شراءً من الأساس.

If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged for a transaction that then failed without crediting your minutes, the extra amount is refunded in full and unconditionally: neither the fourteen-day window nor the usage threshold applies, because it was never a purchase in the first place.

لا يوجد لدينا خصم متكرّر ولا تجديد تلقائي. الاشتراك دفعة واحدة لمدة محدّدة، فلا شيء يُلغى: تبقى مزاياك حتى نهاية المدة، ثم يعود حسابك إلى الوضع المجاني دون أي خصم، ويبقى رصيد الباقات كما هو. وباقة الدقائق عملية شراء واحدة تنتهي بإضافة الدقائق، فلا التزام فيها يُلغى.

We have no recurring billing and no auto-renewal. A subscription is a single payment for a fixed period, so there is nothing to cancel: your benefits last until the end of the period, then your account returns to the free tier with nothing charged, and your pack balance stays as it is. A minute pack is a single purchase that ends when the minutes are added, so there is no commitment in it to cancel.
