تُبرَم هذه الاتفاقية بينك أنت («المستخدم» أو «أنت») وبين شركة برمجلي (Barmagly)، القاهرة، جمهورية مصر العربية («نحن» أو «الشركة»)، وهي مالكة تطبيق Interprova (Interprova) ومشغّلته.

بإنشائك حساباً أو باستخدامك أي جزء من الخدمة — تطبيق أندرويد، أو تطبيق الويب، أو هذا الموقع — تكون قد وافقت على الالتزام بهذه الشروط وبـسياسة الخصوصية التي تُعدّ جزءاً لا يتجزّأ منها. إن لم توافق على أي بند منها، فلا تستخدم الخدمة.

النسخة العربية من هذه الوثيقة هي النسخة المُعتمَدة قانوناً. النسخة الإنجليزية ترجمة للتيسير فقط، وعند أي تعارض تُقدَّم العربية.

This agreement is made between you (the "User" or "you") and Barmagly, Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt ("we", "us" or "the Company"), which owns and operates the Interprova app.

By creating an account or using any part of the service — the Android app, the web app, or this website — you agree to be bound by these terms and by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of them. If you do not agree with any clause, do not use the service.

The Arabic version of this document is the legally authoritative one. The English version is a translation provided for convenience only; in the event of any conflict, the Arabic prevails.

Interprova أداة تدريب على مقابلات العمل باللغة العربية تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي. تشمل الخدمة:

• التدريب على الأسئلة: اختيار مجال وظيفي، والإجابة على أسئلة مقابلة، وتلقّي تقييم مكتوب بدرجة من ١٠ على أربعة محاور مع نقاط قوة وضعف وإجابة نموذجية.
• المقابلة المباشرة: محاورة صوتية ومرئية مع محاوِر ذكاء اصطناعي يسأل ويتابع ويختم بتقييم شامل. متاحة على تطبيق أندرويد وعلى متصفح الويب، مع فروق تقنية تفرضها المنصّة موضّحة داخل التطبيق قبل بدء المقابلة.
• تحليل السيرة الذاتية: رفع سيرتك الذاتية ووصف الوظيفة المستهدفة ليبني منهما الذكاء الاصطناعي أسئلة مخصّصة.
• السجل والإحصائيات: عرض جلساتك السابقة ودرجاتك وتطوّرك.

Interprova ليست منصّة توظيف، ولا وكالة تشغيل، ولا وسيطاً بينك وبين أصحاب الأعمال. نحن لا نتلقّى طلبات توظيف، ولا نُرسل سيرتك الذاتية إلى أي جهة توظيف، ولا نتواصل مع أي صاحب عمل نيابةً عنك.

Interprova is an Arabic-language, AI-powered job-interview practice tool. The service comprises:

• Question practice: choose a job category, answer interview questions, and receive written feedback scored out of 10 across four criteria, with strengths, weaknesses and a model answer.
• Live interview: a voice and video conversation with an AI interviewer that asks, follows up, and closes with an overall evaluation. Available on the Android app and in the web browser, with platform-imposed differences shown inside the app before the interview starts.
• CV analysis: upload your CV and the target job description so the AI can build questions tailored to you.
• History and statistics: a view of your past sessions, scores and progress.

Interprova is not a job board, a recruitment agency, or an intermediary between you and employers. We do not receive job applications, we do not send your CV to any recruiter, and we do not contact any employer on your behalf.

• يجب أن يكون عمرك ستة عشر عاماً فأكثر لاستخدام الخدمة. إن كنت دون الثامنة عشرة، فاستخدامك مشروط بموافقة وليّ أمرك.
• تلتزم بتقديم بيانات صحيحة عند التسجيل، وبتحديثها إذا تغيّرت.
• أنت وحدك المسؤول عن سرّية كلمة مرورك وعن كل ما يجري عبر حسابك. أبلِغنا فوراً إن اشتبهت في استخدام غير مصرّح به.
• الحساب شخصي وغير قابل للنقل أو المشاركة. لا يجوز فتح أكثر من حساب بهدف الحصول على التجربة المجانية أكثر من مرة.
• ننبّه صراحةً إلى أنه لا توجد حالياً خدمة عاملة لاستعادة كلمة المرور تلقائياً. إن فقدت كلمة مرورك، راسلنا على info@barmagly.tech.
• يمكنك بدلاً من ذلك الدخول بحساب جوجل، فلا تكون لديك كلمة مرور عندنا أصلاً ولا ينطبق عليك البندان السابقان. إن دخلت بجوجل ببريد سبق أن سجّلت به، فهو الحساب نفسه ولا يُنشأ حساب ثانٍ — ولا تجربة مجانية ثانية.

• You must be 16 years of age or older to use the service. If you are under 18, your use is conditional on your parent's or guardian's consent.
• You agree to provide accurate details at registration and to keep them up to date.
• You alone are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
• Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or shared. Creating multiple accounts in order to claim the free trial more than once is not permitted.
• We note explicitly that there is currently no working automated password-reset flow. If you lose your password, write to info@barmagly.tech.
• You may instead sign in with Google, in which case you have no password with us and the two clauses above do not apply to you. Signing in with Google using an address you already registered reaches the same account — a second one is not created, and neither is a second free trial.

إن ظهر لك من المحاوِر الذكي محتوى تراه مسيئاً أو متحيّزاً أو غير لائق، نرجو إبلاغنا على info@barmagly.tech مع ذكر نص السؤال ووقت الجلسة. نراجع كل بلاغ ونعدّل توجيهات النموذج عند اللزوم.

If the AI interviewer produces content you find offensive, biased or inappropriate, please report it to info@barmagly.tech with the question text and the time of the session. We review every report and adjust the model's instructions where needed.

باستخدامك للخدمة تتعهّد بألّا تقوم بأي ممّا يلي:

• إدخال محتوى غير قانوني، أو مسيء، أو تحريضي، أو عنصري، أو إباحي، أو منتهك لحقوق الغير.
• محاولة استخدام المحاوِر الذكي لأغراض خارجة عن التدريب على المقابلات — كتوليد محتوى عام، أو التحايل على قيود النموذج، أو استخراج توجيهاته الداخلية.
• رفع سيرة ذاتية أو بيانات شخصية تخصّ شخصاً آخر دون إذنه.
• محاولة اختراق الخدمة، أو تجاوز حدود المعدّل، أو الوصول إلى حسابات غيرك، أو فحص البنية التحتية دون إذن مكتوب منّا.
• استخدام أدوات آلية أو سكربتات لاستهلاك الخدمة أو لاستخراج محتواها بالجملة.
• إنشاء حسابات متعدّدة للتحايل على التجربة المجانية، أو مشاركة حسابك أو رصيد دقائقك مع آخرين.
• إعادة بيع الخدمة أو إتاحتها للغير مقابل مقابل، أو استخدامها لبناء منتج منافس.
• استخدام الخدمة على نحو يُلحق ضرراً بها أو بمستخدميها أو يُعطّل عملها.

ولحماية خصوصيتك أنت: ننصحك بعدم إدخال أرقام قومية، أو بيانات بطاقات بنكية، أو كلمات مرور، أو أسرار عمل تخصّ صاحب عمل حالي، ضمن إجاباتك أو سيرتك الذاتية — فهذه النصوص تُرسَل إلى مزوّدي الذكاء الاصطناعي وتُحفَظ في سجلّك.

In using the service you undertake not to do any of the following:

• Submit content that is unlawful, abusive, inciting, racist, pornographic, or infringing on anyone's rights.
• Attempt to use the AI interviewer for purposes outside interview practice — generating general-purpose content, circumventing the model's safeguards, or extracting its internal instructions.
• Upload a CV or personal data belonging to another person without their permission.
• Attempt to breach the service, bypass rate limits, access other people's accounts, or probe our infrastructure without our written permission.
• Use automated tools or scripts to consume the service or scrape its content in bulk.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent the free trial, or share your account or minute balance with others.
• Resell the service, make it available to third parties for a fee, or use it to build a competing product.
• Use the service in any way that harms it, harms its users, or disrupts its operation.

And to protect your own privacy: we advise you not to enter national ID numbers, bank card details, passwords, or trade secrets belonging to a current employer into your answers or your CV — that text is transmitted to AI providers and stored in your history.

إجاباتك وسيرتك الذاتية تظلّ ملكك. لا نطالب بأي حق ملكية عليها. تمنحنا فقط رخصة محدودة وغير حصرية وقابلة للإلغاء باستخدام هذا المحتوى للغرض الوحيد المتمثّل في تشغيل الخدمة لك: إرساله إلى مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي لتوليد التقييم، وحفظه في سجلّك، وعرضه عليك.

لا نستخدم محتواك في تدريب أي نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي، ولا في التسويق، ولا نُشاركه مع أي جهة عدا ما هو موضّح صراحةً في سياسة الخصوصية.

تتعهّد بأن لديك الحق في إدخال هذا المحتوى، وأنه لا ينتهك حقوق أي طرف ثالث.

الأسئلة والتقييمات التي يولّدها الذكاء الاصطناعي ليست محلّ ادّعاء ملكية حصرية من أي طرف، ويجوز لك استخدامها لتطويرك الشخصي بحرّية. غير أنه لا يجوز لك جمعها بالجملة لبناء قاعدة بيانات أو منتج منافس.

Your answers and your CV remain yours. We claim no ownership of them. You grant us only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use that content for the single purpose of operating the service for you: sending it to the AI provider to generate feedback, storing it in your history, and displaying it back to you.

We do not use your content to train any AI model, nor for marketing, and we do not share it with anyone beyond what is set out explicitly in the Privacy Policy.

You warrant that you have the right to submit that content and that it infringes no third party's rights.

The questions and feedback generated by the AI are not claimed as the exclusive property of any party, and you may freely use them for your own development. You may not, however, harvest them in bulk to build a database or a competing product.

٧.١ التجربة المجانية

عند إنشاء حسابك تُمنَح رصيداً تجريبياً مجانياً قدره عشر دقائق مقابلة في الإعداد الحالي. هذا الرصيد يُمنَح مرة واحدة لكل حساب، ولا يتجدّد يومياً ولا شهرياً. لا نطلب أي بيانات دفع للحصول عليه. يجوز لنا تعديل مدة التجربة المجانية مستقبلاً بإخطار داخل التطبيق، دون المساس برصيد سبق منحه لك.

٧.٢ رصيد الدقائق

بعد انتهاء التجربة تشتري رصيد دقائق تستخدمه في المقابلات. يُحتسَب الاستهلاك بالوقت الفعلي للمقابلة محسوباً على خوادمنا، لا بعدد الأسئلة. الدقائق المشتراة لا تنتهي صلاحيتها، ولا تُصفَّر في نهاية اليوم أو الشهر، ويمكنك شراء أرصدة إضافية في أي وقت وتتراكم معاً. تُعرَض باقات الدقائق وأسعارها داخل التطبيق وفي صفحة الأسعار.

٧.٣ الاشتراك الشهري

يمنحك الاشتراك مخصّصاً شهرياً من الدقائق بسعر أفضل للدقيقة، إضافةً إلى مزايا مقصورة على المشتركين، وهي معروضة في صفحة الاشتراك داخل التطبيق. وهنا فرق جوهري يلزمك معرفته قبل الشراء:

الأسعار المعلنة بالجنيه المصري وشاملة لأي ضرائب مطبّقة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، وتُعرَض لك بوضوح قبل إتمام الدفع.

يجوز لنا تعديل الأسعار أو محتوى الباقات مستقبلاً؛ ولا يسري أي تعديل بأثر رجعي على مدة اشتراك اشتريتها ودفعت ثمنها بالفعل.

7.1 The free trial

When you create your account you receive a free trial balance of ten interview minutes in the current configuration. This balance is granted once per account; it does not renew daily or monthly. No payment details are required to receive it. We may adjust the length of the free trial in future with notice in the app, without affecting a balance already granted to you.

7.2 Minute balance

After the trial you buy a balance of minutes to spend on interviews. Consumption is measured by the actual interview time, as metered on our servers — not by a count of questions. Purchased minutes never expire, are not reset at the end of a day or a month, and you may buy more at any time; balances accumulate. The minute packs and their prices are shown in the app and on the pricing page.

7.3 The monthly subscription

A subscription gives you a monthly allowance of minutes at a better per-minute rate, plus subscriber-only features listed on the subscription screen in the app. One distinction matters before you buy:

Prices are quoted in Egyptian pounds and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and are shown to you clearly before payment is completed.

We may change prices or the contents of a plan in future; no change applies retroactively to a subscription period you have already bought and paid for.

٨.١ الإلغاء

لأن الاشتراك دفعة واحدة لا تتجدّد تلقائياً، فليس هناك ما يُلغى بالمعنى المعتاد: يكفي ألّا تشتري مدة جديدة. تستمرّ مزاياك حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة، ثم يعود حسابك إلى الوضع المجاني دون أي خصم — ويبقى رصيد دقائقك المشترى كما هو، لأنه ليس جزءاً من الاشتراك. أما باقات الدقائق فليست التزاماً مستمرّاً أصلاً: هي عملية شراء واحدة تنتهي بإضافة الدقائق إلى رصيدك، فلا يوجد فيها ما يُلغى.

٨.٢ الاسترداد

عملاً بأحكام قانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم ١٨١ لسنة ٢٠١٨، يحقّ لك طلب استرداد قيمة ما اشتريته خلال أربعة عشر يوماً من تاريخ الشراء، بشرط ألّا تكون قد استخدمته استخداماً جوهرياً خلال تلك المدة.

و«الاستخدام الجوهري» هنا رقم لا تقدير: بالنسبة لباقة دقائق يعني أن تكون قد استهلكت أكثر من ١٠٪ من دقائق الباقة. ولأن كل عملية إضافة وخصم مقيَّدة في سجلّك، يمكنك أنت أيضاً مراجعة ما استُهلك بالضبط من داخل التطبيق قبل أن تطلب الاسترداد. وبالنسبة للاشتراك يعني أن تكون قد استهلكت أكثر من ١٠٪ من مخصّص دورتك أو استخدمت مزايا المشتركين استخداماً متكرّراً.

• أرسل طلب الاسترداد إلى info@barmagly.tech من بريدك المسجَّل، مع ذكر تاريخ الشراء ورقم العملية.
• نردّ على الطلب خلال سبعة أيام عمل. عند الموافقة، يُنفَّذ الاسترداد عبر بوابة الدفع إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال أربعة عشر يوم عمل من تاريخ الموافقة، وقد يستغرق ظهور المبلغ في حسابك مدة إضافية يحدّدها البنك أو مزوّد المحفظة.
• عند تنفيذ الاسترداد تُسحَب الدقائق المقابلة من رصيدك ويُلغى الاشتراك المسترَدّ فوراً، ويُقيَّد ذلك في سجلّ رصيدك كما تُقيَّد أي إضافة.
• إذا وصلنا الاسترداد بعد أن استهلكت الدقائق — سواء وافقنا نحن على الطلب أو فرضته بنكك كنزاع على العملية — فلا نسحب من رصيدك إلا ما تبقّى منه فعلاً، ولا نجعله بالسالب أبداً حتى لا تُخصَم مشترياتك التالية سداداً لعملية استُردّت قيمتها. الفارق — أي الدقائق التي استُهلكت وأُعيدت قيمتها — يبقى ديناً مستحقاً عليك، ويجوز لنا إيقاف الحساب حتى تسويته. والمبلغان معاً مقيَّدان في سجلّ رصيدك، فيمكنك أنت ونحن مراجعة ما حدث بالضبط.
• نستردّ كامل المبلغ كذلك، وبصرف النظر عن المدة، إذا لم نتمكّن من تقديم الميزة المدفوعة بسبب عطل من جانبنا لم نُصلحه خلال مدة معقولة.

8.1 Cancellation

Because a subscription is a one-off payment that does not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel in the usual sense: simply do not buy another period. Your benefits continue to the end of the paid period, after which your account reverts to the free state with nothing charged — and your purchased minute balance is untouched, because it is not part of the subscription. A minute pack is not an ongoing commitment at all: it is a single purchase that completes when the minutes are added to your balance, so there is nothing in it to cancel.

8.2 Refunds

In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you may request a refund of what you bought within fourteen days of purchase, provided you have not made substantial use of it during that period.

"Substantial use" here is a number, not a judgement call: for a minute pack it means having consumed more than 10% of the pack's minutes. Because every credit and debit is recorded in your ledger, you can check exactly what was consumed from inside the app before you ask. For a subscription it means having consumed more than 10% of your cycle allowance, or having made repeated use of subscriber-only features.

• Send your refund request to info@barmagly.tech from your registered email address, stating the purchase date and transaction reference.
• We respond within seven working days. Once approved, the refund is issued through the payment gateway to the original payment method within fourteen working days of approval; your bank or wallet provider may take additional time to show the amount.
• When a refund is issued, the corresponding minutes are withdrawn from your balance and the refunded subscription is cancelled immediately; this is recorded in your balance ledger exactly as any credit is.
• If a refund reaches us after the minutes have been spent — whether we approved it or your bank imposed it as a payment dispute — we recover only what is actually left of the balance. We never drive it negative, so a later purchase of yours is never quietly consumed paying off an earlier one that was refunded. The difference — minutes consumed whose price was returned — remains a debt owed to us, and we may suspend the account until it is settled. Both amounts appear in your balance ledger, so you and we can see exactly what happened.
• We also refund in full, regardless of elapsed time, if we were unable to deliver the paid feature because of a fault on our side that we did not fix within a reasonable period.

يجوز لنا إيقاف حسابك مؤقتاً أو إنهاؤه نهائياً في الحالات الآتية:

• مخالفة قواعد الاستخدام المقبول أو أي بند من هذه الشروط.
• الاشتباه المعقول في احتيال، أو في نزاع على عملية دفع، أو في استخدام آلي مُسيء.
• إلزامنا بذلك بموجب أمر قضائي أو التزام قانوني.

نُخطرك بسبب الإيقاف على بريدك المسجَّل كلما كان ذلك ممكناً، ويحقّ لك التظلّم بالرد على الإخطار أو بالكتابة إلينا. في حالات المخالفة الجسيمة أو الضرر الوشيك بالخدمة، قد يكون الإيقاف فورياً ويلي ذلك الإخطار.

عند إيقاف حسابك لمخالفة جسيمة، لا يُستردّ ما تبقّى من قيمة اشتراكك. أما إذا أنهينا حسابك دون مخالفة من جانبك (كإيقاف الخدمة كلياً مثلاً)، فنردّ إليك القيمة النسبية للمدة غير المستهلكة.

ويحقّ لك أنت إنهاء علاقتك بنا في أي وقت بالتوقّف عن الاستخدام، أو بطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك وفق إجراءات الحذف.

We may suspend your account temporarily or terminate it permanently where:

• You breach the acceptable use rules or any clause of these terms.
• We reasonably suspect fraud, a payment dispute, or abusive automated use.
• We are required to do so by a court order or legal obligation.

We notify you of the reason at your registered email address wherever possible, and you may appeal by replying or writing to us. In cases of serious breach or imminent harm to the service, suspension may be immediate with notice following.

Where your account is suspended for a serious breach, the remaining value of your subscription is not refunded. Where we terminate your account through no fault of yours (for example, if we discontinue the service entirely), we refund the pro-rata value of the unused period.

You may end your relationship with us at any time by ceasing to use the service, or by requesting deletion of your account and data under the deletion procedure.

اسم Interprova و«Interprova» وشعاره وهويته البصرية وواجهاته وبرمجياته وبنك أسئلته وتوجيهات نماذجه وكل عناصر الخدمة، مملوكة لشركة برمجلي ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية في جمهورية مصر العربية والاتفاقيات الدولية.

نمنحك رخصة شخصية، محدودة، غير حصرية، غير قابلة للنقل، وقابلة للإلغاء، لاستخدام الخدمة لأغراضك الشخصية غير التجارية. ولا يجوز لك نسخ الخدمة، أو تعديلها، أو هندستها العكسية، أو اشتقاق أعمال منها، أو إزالة أي إشعار ملكية منها.

The names Interprova and "Interprova", the logo, the visual identity, the interfaces, the software, the question bank, the model prompts and every element of the service are owned by Barmagly and protected under the intellectual property laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and international conventions.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the service, nor remove any proprietary notice from it.

نبذل جهداً معقولاً لإبقاء الخدمة متاحة، لكننا لا نضمن استمرارها دون انقطاع. قد تتوقّف الخدمة كلياً أو جزئياً لأعمال صيانة، أو لعطل لدى مزوّد استضافة أو مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي، أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا.

بعض ميزات الخدمة تعتمد اعتماداً مباشراً على مزوّدي ذكاء اصطناعي خارجيين. إذا توقّف مزوّد عن العمل أو غيّر شروطه أو أسعاره، فقد تتأثّر الميزة أو تتوقّف مؤقتاً، ونسعى عندها إلى التحويل إلى مزوّد بديل.

يجوز لنا تعديل الخدمة أو إضافة ميزات أو إيقاف ميزات. وإذا أوقفنا ميزة جوهرية كنت قد اشتريت اشتراكاً من أجلها، فيحقّ لك استرداد القيمة النسبية للمدة غير المستهلكة.

قد نُعدّل هذه الشروط. يظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة، ونُخطرك بالتعديلات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق قبل سريانها. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد سريان التعديل يُعدّ قبولاً به؛ وإن لم توافق، فتوقّف عن الاستخدام واطلب حذف حسابك.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service may stop in whole or in part for maintenance, due to a fault at a hosting or AI provider, or for reasons outside our control.

Some features depend directly on external AI providers. If a provider goes down, changes its terms or changes its pricing, a feature may be degraded or temporarily unavailable; we then work to fail over to an alternative provider.

We may modify the service, add features or discontinue them. If we discontinue a material feature for which you bought a subscription, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

We may amend these terms. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and we notify you of material changes inside the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of it; if you do not agree, stop using the service and request deletion of your account.

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب توافرها». وفي حدود ما يسمح به القانون المصري، نُخلي مسؤوليتنا من أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك ضمانات الصلاحية لغرض معيّن، أو دقة المحتوى، أو خلوّ الخدمة من الأخطاء أو الانقطاع.

وعلى وجه الخصوص، لا نضمن دقّة أو ملاءمة أو اكتمال أي سؤال أو تقييم أو نصيحة يولّدها الذكاء الاصطناعي — راجع القسم الرابع.

لا يمسّ هذا القسم أياً من حقوقك المقرّرة إلزاماً بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك المصري، فهي حقوق لا يجوز التنازل عنها بالاتفاق.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, we disclaim all express and implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of content, and freedom from error or interruption.

In particular, we do not warrant the accuracy, suitability or completeness of any question, evaluation or piece of advice generated by the AI — see section 4.

Nothing in this section affects any of your mandatory rights under Egyptian consumer protection law, which cannot be waived by agreement.

في حدود ما يسمح به القانون المصري:

• لا نُسأل عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية، ومنها على سبيل المثال: عدم الحصول على وظيفة، أو فوات فرصة، أو خسارة دخل أو أرباح، أو ضرر بالسمعة، أو ضياع وقت.
• لا نُسأل عن قرار اتخذته اعتماداً على تقييم أو نصيحة ولّدها الذكاء الاصطناعي.
• لا نُسأل عن أفعال الأطراف الثالثة المذكورة في سياسة الخصوصية (مزوّدي الذكاء الاصطناعي، وبوابة الدفع، ومزوّدي الاستضافة، ومتصفّحك) فيما يخصّ خدماتهم هم.
• يقتصر إجمالي مسؤوليتنا تجاهك عن أي مطالبة، أياً كان أساسها، على ما دفعته لنا فعلياً خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة على واقعة المطالبة. وإن كنت مستخدماً مجانياً لم تدفع شيئاً، فتقتصر المسؤولية على قيمة رمزية قدرها مئة جنيه مصري.

To the extent permitted by Egyptian law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including for example: not getting a job, a missed opportunity, loss of income or profit, reputational harm, or wasted time.
• We are not liable for a decision you took in reliance on an evaluation or piece of advice generated by the AI.
• We are not liable for the acts of the third parties named in the Privacy Policy (AI providers, the payment gateway, hosting providers, your browser) in respect of their own services.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim, on any basis, is limited to what you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you are a free user who has paid nothing, liability is limited to a nominal one hundred Egyptian pounds.

تلتزم بتعويضنا عن أي مطالبة أو خسارة أو مصروفات معقولة تلحق بنا نتيجة مخالفتك الجسيمة لهذه الشروط، أو نتيجة إدخالك محتوى ينتهك حقوق طرف ثالث، أو نتيجة استخدامك الخدمة استخداماً غير مشروع.

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or reasonable expense we incur as a result of your material breach of these terms, your submission of content that infringes a third party's rights, or your unlawful use of the service.

تُعالَج بياناتك الشخصية وفق سياسة الخصوصية، وهي جزء لا يتجزّأ من هذه الشروط. تشرح السياسة ما نجمعه، ولماذا، ومن تصل إليه بياناتك، وكم يبقى محفوظاً، وكيف تطلب حذفه — بما في ذلك إجراء حذف الحساب.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. It explains what we collect, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and how to request its deletion — including the account deletion procedure.

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وعلى وجه الخصوص القانون المدني، وقانون حماية المستهلك رقم ١٨١ لسنة ٢٠١٨، وقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية رقم ١٥١ لسنة ٢٠٢٠، وقانون مكافحة جرائم تقنية المعلومات رقم ١٧٥ لسنة ٢٠١٨.

نسعى أولاً إلى تسوية أي نزاع ودّياً خلال ثلاثين يوماً من إخطارنا به كتابةً على info@barmagly.tech. فإن تعذّرت التسوية، ينعقد الاختصاص للمحاكم المصرية المختصة بمدينة القاهرة.

ولا يحول ذلك دون حقّك في اللجوء إلى جهاز حماية المستهلك المصري أو إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات الشخصية.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and in particular the Civil Code, Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, and Anti-Cybercrime Law No. 175 of 2018.

We will first seek to settle any dispute amicably within thirty days of being notified of it in writing at info@barmagly.tech. Failing settlement, the competent Egyptian courts in the city of Cairo shall have jurisdiction.

None of this prevents you from approaching the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency or the competent personal-data protection authority.

• قابلية الفصل: إن قضت جهة مختصة ببطلان بند من هذه الشروط، تظلّ بقية البنود سارية.
• عدم التنازل: عدم مطالبتنا بحقّ في وقت معيّن لا يُعدّ تنازلاً عنه.
• الاتفاق الكامل: تمثّل هذه الشروط مع سياسة الخصوصية كامل الاتفاق بيننا بشأن الخدمة، وتحلّ محل أي تفاهمات سابقة.
• الإحالة: لا يجوز لك التنازل عن حقوقك بموجب هذه الشروط دون موافقتنا الكتابية، ويجوز لنا التنازل عنها في حالة اندماج أو نقل ملكية مع إخطارك.
• القوة القاهرة: لا نُسأل عن تأخّر أو إخفاق ناتج عن ظرف خارج عن سيطرتنا المعقولة.
• الإخطارات: تُرسَل إخطاراتنا إليك على بريدك المسجَّل أو داخل التطبيق، وتُرسَل إخطاراتك إلينا على info@barmagly.tech.

• Severability: if a competent authority holds any clause invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force.
• No waiver: our not enforcing a right at a given moment is not a waiver of it.
• Entire agreement: these terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the service and supersede any prior understanding.
• Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent; we may assign ours on a merger or transfer of ownership, with notice to you.
• Force majeure: we are not liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Notices: our notices to you go to your registered email address or appear in the app; your notices to us go to info@barmagly.tech.
