المشكلةThe problem
أغلب من يخرج من مقابلة بخُفّي حنين لا ينقصه العلم. ينقصه أنه قال ما يعرفه بطريقة مرتبكة، أو أجاب إجابة عامة حيث كان المطلوب مثالًا، أو استرسل خمس دقائق في سؤال يحتمل دقيقة. Most people who walk out of an interview empty-handed were not short on knowledge. They were short on delivery: they said what they knew clumsily, gave a general answer where an example was wanted, or spent five minutes on a question that deserved one.
وهذه مهارة تُكتسب بالتكرار — لكن التكرار نفسه هو المشكلة. لا يمكنك أن تطلب من صديق أن يقابلك عشر مرات، ولا أن تجرّب على مقابلة حقيقية لأن الفرصة الواحدة لا تتكرّر. That is a skill built by repetition — and repetition is exactly what is unavailable. You cannot ask a friend to interview you ten times, and you cannot rehearse on a real interview because the chance does not come twice.
وما بُني لحلّهاWhat we built for it
مُحاوِر يمكنك أن تجلس أمامه في الثالثة صباحًا، عشر مرات، بلا حرج. يتكلّم بصوته، ويسمع صوتك، ويردّ على ما قلتَه أنت — لا على سيناريو مكتوب سلفًا. An interviewer you can sit in front of at three in the morning, ten times over, without embarrassment. It speaks aloud, hears you, and responds to what you actually said rather than to a script.
وبعد أن تنتهي، يقول لك بالضبط أين كنت قويًّا وأين خسرت — بدرجة مفصّلة، وإجابة نموذجية لكل سؤال تعثّرت فيه. And when you finish, it tells you exactly where you were strong and where you lost ground — with a broken-down score, and a model answer for every question you fumbled.
عربي أولًا، وليس ترجمةArabic-first, not translated
أدوات التدريب على المقابلات موجودة بالإنجليزية منذ سنوات. أما بالعربية فالمتاح غالبًا واجهة مترجمة فوق نموذج يفكّر بالإنجليزية — فتخرج الأسئلة ركيكة والتقييم عامًّا. Interview-practice tools have existed in English for years. In Arabic, what is usually on offer is a translated shell over a model that thinks in English — so the questions read awkwardly and the feedback stays generic.
هنا العربية هي الأصل: الأسئلة مكتوبة بها، والصوت عربي، والتعرّف على الكلام عربي، والتقييم يُكتب بالعربية مباشرة. والإنجليزية متاحة بنفس الجودة لمن يقابل بها. Here Arabic is the original: the questions are written in it, the voice is Arabic, the speech recognition is Arabic, and the evaluation is written in Arabic directly. English is available at the same quality for anyone interviewing in it.
