هل التجربة المجانية حقيقية؟Is the free trial real?
نعم. عشر دقائق تُضاف لحسابك فور التسجيل، بلا بطاقة ائتمان، وتُستخدم في مقابلة كاملة بكل المزايا — نفس المُحاوِر، ونفس التقييم. ليست نسخة محدودة.
Yes. Ten minutes land in your account at sign-up, with no card, and they are spent on a complete interview with every feature — the same interviewer, the same evaluation. It is not a cut-down version.
هل أحتاج بطاقة ائتمان للبدء؟Do I need a card to start?
لا. التسجيل والتجربة المجانية لا يطلبان أي بيانات دفع.
No. Sign-up and the free trial ask for no payment details at all.
ماذا يحدث للدقائق التي لم أستخدمها؟What happens to minutes I do not use?
تبقى في رصيدك. المحاسبة بالثانية: مقابلة أنهيتها بعد أربع دقائق تكلّفك أربع دقائق فقط. ودقائق الباقات لا تنتهي صلاحيتها أبدًا — أما دقائق الاشتراك فتتجدّد شهريًا ولا تُرحَّل.
They stay in your balance. Billing is by the second: an interview you ended after four minutes costs four minutes. Pack minutes never expire — subscription minutes renew monthly and do not roll over.
هل تحتفظون بسيرتي الذاتية؟Do you keep my CV?
لا. الملف يُقرأ في الذاكرة لاستخراج ملخّص نصّي تُبنى عليه الأسئلة، ثم يُهمَل — لا يُكتب على أقراصنا إطلاقًا. الملخّص النصّي وحده هو ما يُحفظ مع مقابلتك.
No. The file is read in memory to extract a text summary the questions build on, then discarded — it is never written to our disks. Only that text summary is stored with your interview.
أين تُحفظ تسجيلات المقابلات؟Where are interview recordings stored?
على جهازك أنت، ولا تُرفَع إلى أي خادم. التسجيل خيار تفعّله أنت لمراجعة أدائك، ويُسلَّم إلى معرض جهازك أو عبر ورقة المشاركة.
On your own device, and never uploaded. Recording is something you switch on to review yourself, and the file is handed to your gallery or share sheet.
هل يسمعني المُحاوِر فعلًا أم أكتب إجاباتي؟Does the interviewer really hear me, or do I type?
يسمعك. تتكلّم بصوتك، ويُحوَّل كلامك إلى نص ويُرسَل تلقائيًا بعد لحظات من الصمت. المقابلة الحقيقية اختبار كلام، والتدرّب عليها بالكتابة يدرّب مهارة أخرى.
It hears you. You speak, your words become text and are sent automatically after a beat of silence. A real interview is a test of speech; practising it by typing trains something else.
بأي لغة تكون المقابلة؟What language is the interview in?
عربي أو إنجليزي، تختار قبل البدء. الاختيار يشمل الأسئلة وصوت المُحاوِر والتعرّف على كلامك والتقييم المكتوب — كلها بنفس اللغة.
Arabic or English, chosen before you start. The choice covers the questions, the voice, the speech recognition, and the written evaluation — all one language.
كيف تُحتسب الدرجة؟How is the score calculated?
درجة من ١٠ مبنية على أربعة محاور: الصلة بالسؤال، والتحديد (هل ذكرت أمثلة وأرقامًا؟)، والبنية، والعمق. ومعها نقاط قوتك ومواضع ضعفك وإجابة نموذجية لكل سؤال تعثّرت فيه.
A score out of 10 across four axes: relevance, specificity (did you give examples and numbers?), structure, and depth. With it come your strengths, your weak points, and a model answer for each question you fumbled.
هل التقييم مجاني؟Is the evaluation free?
نعم، دائمًا. يُحتسب ضمن المقابلة ولا يُخصم عليه رصيد إضافي.
Yes, always. It is part of the interview and never a separate charge.
هل يمكنني حذف حسابي؟Can I delete my account?
نعم، من داخل التطبيق مباشرة: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. وإن كنت قد أزلت التطبيق، تجد صفحة الحذف هنا.
Yes, from inside the app: Settings → Delete account. If you have already removed the app, there is a deletion page here.
هل يعمل على الهاتف والحاسوب؟Does it work on phone and desktop?
الاثنان. تطبيق أندرويد على Google Play، وتطبيق ويب كامل يعمل في المتصفّح على interprova.com/app — نفس الحساب ونفس الرصيد.
Both. An Android app on Google Play, and a full web app in the browser at interprova.com/app — same account, same balance.
نسيت كلمة المرورI forgot my password
اضغط «نسيت كلمة المرور» في شاشة الدخول وأدخل بريدك، وسيصلك رابط لتعيين كلمة مرور جديدة. الرابط صالح ثلاثين دقيقة ويُستخدم مرة واحدة.
Tap "forgot password" on the sign-in screen and enter your email; a link to set a new password will arrive. It is valid for thirty minutes and can be used once.
